[Elecraft] K2 Const. Status & Alignment Question

K2 #3241 is progressing.  I have just finished Part II construction and all tests so far are where they should be, or within the range as specified.  I'm happy to say the least.

A question on Alignment:
   on page 57, bottom left corner, it instructs to adjust C22 on the Control board by either using a calibrated external frequency counter, or a calibrated short-wave or ham-band receiver, or later using something like WWV at 10,000.0 MHz.  Since I don't have either the first or second option, when and where do they instruct you to do the third option using WWV?  Can I do it now before I begin Part III construction ???
