[Elecraft] rev B upgrade question

I have already made a few of the recommended mods to the K2 in the 
past, and now I'm upgrading to Rev. B.
In section 4 of the upgrade kit (20/30 m bandpass filter) it says to 
solder 12 pf caps across C21 and C23 on the bottom of the board. I see 
that I already have a 18 pf cap across C23. Does anyone know if the 12 
pf cap is in ADDITION to the 18 pf cap, or does it replace it???
