[Elecraft] KAT100 - HELP!!

Hello everyone!  I finished my KAT100!  BUT before using it I had to install
the updated K2 Firmware and the IOC.  Finally got that running. I just did
the CAL PLL.  I've still got to adjust filters, etc.  NOW back to the
KAT100. If I apply 12 volts to it as is standing alone Antenna 1 lights up
and Green LED on right side under low.  Also hear a relay click on when it
powers up. Yes I cut off and cut everything on as the manual stated. I have
checked and double checked the control cable.  BUT will check it ONE more
time.

If I read the manual correctly the KAT100 it is not suppose light up when
you apply power??  So just to see what would happen I connected it to the
K2/100.  I pressed "Ant1/2" and it stated "not installed".  Then go to the
menu for ATU and only have the "- -" bars.  Then if you hit the band+ or
band - it will show "PA Ant1" but goes back to the "--".  Then turn power
knob and nothing happens, No clicking of relays or anything. The 12v feeding
the KAT100 is NOT coming from a switching PS. I've looked for bent pins,
checked diodes and solder connections.  I'm sure it has to be something
stupid that I've done but can't find it yet?  Suggestions??
