[Elecraft] KDSP2 after the honeymoon - F/W Upgrade

All new KDSP2s have the latest firmware which corrects the high SWR 'DSP not 
seen' issue that was seen on a few DSP units.

We will provide the f/w upgrade to the first 100 DSP purchasers at no charge 
if they return their old Ateml CPU's to us for reprogramming. (DON'T SEND THEM 
YET!) We're getting set up to handle this now and will have an official 
upgrade posting in the next day or so.
