Firstly if the WRC conference does remove the requirement for morse 
proficiency as a licence requirement, it does not mean CW is dead. 
Very far from it. I would encourage all amateurs to become proficient 
in this mode, as already mentioned it is a very satisfying mode and 
will be around for many years to come. Especially on QRP!

I don't know what the secret is in learning it, and it is over 30 
years ago that I first learnt it, but using it on the air in 
vengeance is the only real way. Don't be shy!
