[Elecraft] Bias resistor for KSB2 mic adaptor on front panel

Be careful when soldering the parts - they're very close to delicate plastic
components (particularly the resistor pack). I would recommend anyone
starting the FP actually install the SSB components at the same time as the
FP ones (ie resistors all together, caps all together etc etc).
