In the case, of RadCom, don't forget that it also has the obligatory pages 
and pages devoted to the RSGB! <g>  Having recently rejoined the RSGB, I'm 
remembering why I let my membership lapse a few years ago.  

In fairness, there does seem to be a bit more emphasis on home 
construction than I remember, and Technical Topics is still soldiering 
bravely on.  But there's not very much for the enthusiastic QRP'er.

I think QST is better than RadCom for QRP operators.

you get: pages about the latest DX happenings, pages about awards, pages 
about contests. One page devoted to QRP. I can't think of a better way to 
give the impression that if you don't run decent power to a big antenna, 
you don't belong in the hobby.
