Excellent thoughts on operating, Guy. I got a chuckle as I remembered =
having
some of the same experiences. Whenever I work an unusually-long path =
contact
when I am running QRP or QRPp, I send the other op a letter along with =
the
QSL congratulating HIM on his QRP achievement. He is the one who dug my
signal out of the noise, with superior operating skill, antennas and
equipment. Perhaps it was luck, but I've always believed that luck =
happens
most to those who are best prepared for it.=20

If I work you and you are 219 you will get a 219 report from me. And I =

don't.
I'll tell them politely with an honest report. If they want to have hurt
feelings, that's between them and they fellow they see in the mirror.=20
