We used a pair of K2/100s along with our old collection of TS-930s and a
few other radios. I expect we will have at least two again this year
(belonging to KY7M and G3PJT) when the Voodudes travel again to West
Africa for CQWW CW. K4UEE has provided all of last year's team with
copies of the video to sell for $20. The proceeds will go to defray our
costs for this year's adventure. The video includes audio of the
pile-ups so you get a taste of what it sounds like from the other side.

Subject: [Elecraft] K2/100 in XT2DX video
At Ham-Com in Arlington, TX this past weekend, Bob K4UEE presented
a video documentary of the XT2DX contest operation from Burkina Faso in
the
2002 CQ World Wide DX Contest, CW. The Elecraft K2/100 was one of the
rigs
used by the team, and shows up in the video making CW QSOs at a good
clip.
The video is available from K4UEE for $20 or so. It was like 30
minutes long, or thereabouts.
