[Elecraft] Delaying audio

May I ask our resident engineers. =20

Can you tell me a way, a circuit or circuit component or chip, that =
would delay audio?  It would be nice to be able to vary the delay from 1 =
to 10 MS, but it would be adequate for my experimental purposes if I =
could simply cause a delay somewhere in that range.
