Don,

Thanks for your reply.  I understand that each of  the filters have a =
specific purpose.
The difference in RX sensitive is quite noticable. It would be nice to =
use the 2.0 khz filter on receive to improve on the SNR without losing =
about 2 S points worth of signal.
My question was really do other K2's have this 6dB difference or is =
there something in mine that needs sorting.
