| Ok, passed smoke test on Test and Alignment II.  However, the PLL range 
| is 12099.36 and 12084.67, difference is 14.7.  The manual states that 
| the range has to be between 9.8 and 13.  I have not done the 4Mhz 
| calibration yet because it states that I can do that later...
