[Elecraft] RE: KPA 100 assembly question

Well, the rig is done. I now have a working K2/100. Assembly was good.
Things worked the way they were supposed to. I'm still curious if the
voltages I measured below are considered okay.

I'm up to page 43 in the assembly manual. I would like to know if the
following measurements are within tolerance.

When I plug in the ribbon cable between the K2 and KPA100, the current
increases by 240ma.

With the voltage tests I get the following:
D13 cathode - 164V
U4 pin 8 - -29V
The other two are zero.
