[Elecraft] Ext. Speaker

Actually, N6WG has a neat speaker he uses. He mounted a small speaker 
in a plastic cup in such a way that he takes advantage of the natural 
resonance of the cup. It sounds very good, and couldn't have cost very 
much. Bob?
