[Elecraft] Control board Q1, Q2 collector

Hi again all,

Just finished the control board and am doing the tests.  Everything seems 
fine, except that I'm not totally sure which leads on Q1 and Q2 are the
collectors (which should have resistance > 1M).  I am guessing (and
hoping!) that they are the pins on the pack of the package that are to
the right when the flat side of the exterior is oriented towards oneself. 
PSE confirm, off the reflector is fine.
