[Elecraft] KeyJack problems?....

		Hi Gang,
	Wayne K9DI es Leader Dog Sequoia (Ret.) here.  I have a bit of a 
problem with the keyjack on my K2.  I can key CW with a straight key 
just fine, but when I hook up a set of paddles, set iam b and immput to 
paddle n, all I get is a string of didah's no matter which lever I hold 
in, instead of getting dit and dah strings respectively.  I have plugged 
the paddles into standalone keyer and get the requisite dit and dah 
strings...does this mean something is physically screwed with my 
keyjack, or did I miss an upgrade somewhere......
	Also, if it is a hardware problem are there any Elecraft owners 
in the West Central IL area willing to troubleshoot and (hopefully fix) 
this problem?  The reason I ask for help is that I am not physically 
able to work on the K2 myself due to being visually impaired....
