I'ld take a look at the Fibreglass Telescope Tower by DK9SQ
and take some thin wire to create the antenna based on the 
tower and the surroundings. I've done this with verticals 
and Dipoles in SV, TA and CU, and have never had problems 
with airport security.

I know there is (was) a source in NA for these, but I don't
remember who it is (was).

These "towers" can not carry alot of weight from the top,
so use really light weight wires.
