[Elecraft] K2 and the KPA100 Power Fluxuates?

I spoke with Gary from Elecraft tonight re: the Power fluctuations and
read the tech note.

I put a 5k pot in place of r98 and set the pwr out to 10 watts (and the
PA to off).

I adjusted the pot then removed the pot measured it's value and
installed a fixed resistor (mine wound up to be 2.2k)

The power no longer fluctuates.

(It did fluctuate between 17 - 22W)

Simple fix!

Note: R98 is on the bottom near the pre-wound toroid.
