Hey guys,
In the NYC area there aren't that many ham radio outlets, i am aware of. I
think there is an ICOM dealer in Manhattan, a store in NJ -
http://www.advancedspecialties.net/, which is the closest store to
Manhattan, and another pretty good store is located in New Britain, CT -
Lentini Communications - www.lentinicomm.com (about 2.5 hrs north).
Other stores (unchecked) are Barry Electronics - 540 Broadway (212)-925-7000
and East Coast Amateur - 415 Division Street, N. Tonawanga (800) 995-1787
Hope this helps!

P.S I am not affiliated with any of those stores nor i have any kind of
releationship with them, other than beeing a customer. Just trying to help.
