[Elecraft] QSK - did something change?

That's about par for the course; you can listen between letters, but not
within letters above, say, 25 wpm. There is a mod (a resistor change) you
can make that helps somewhat. I'd have to grab my schematic to pick the
right one, but you can find it described on the Elecraft web site or the
mod compendium. Lowering the value of this resistor closer to 1M ohm (as I
recall) helps, but tends also to increase the clickiness of the side tone
(not the RF signal). I made the mod once, but switched back because it
didn't seem that effective. When plugging along at 35 wpm, I really don't
find the need to hear between the dots; I consider what I've got to be full
qsk and quite effective.
