[Elecraft] sidetone is lost

You need to go into the K2 firmware menu and select the sidetone source.
Tap the  "Menu" button and select "St L" with the vfo knob then hold the
"Menu/Edit" button in until the carats move from the left to the right side
of  the display and then tap "Display" button until you hear the sidetone.
Display will show "U8-4" Tapping the display button in this mode will toggle
you between sidetone sources.  When you hear the sidetone tap "Menu" button
twice to exit the menu.
