You might consider a couple of diodes that can handle 20+ amps at 15 =
volts
and put them in series with the + side of the supply Each diode will =
show
about 0.6 volts drop, so a pair of them should get you down to 14.3 =
volts or
0.5 volts over the nominal value.=20

You might use three of them, but they will have SOME forward voltage =
drop,
so a pair might get you much closer to target with the KPA100 drawing =
full
current.
