Hi Jason,

These readings are consistent when the diode is already in the circuit.
When you reverse the probes, there are some sneak paths for current from the ohmmeter, so the apparent resistance is about the same
in both directions but current is flowing through some other components rather than the varactor diode.

If your meter has a diode voltage measuring scale, try that. I read 0.63V with the -probe (black) on D22 and 1.85V with the +probe
(red) on D22.  However, the resistance didn't change much, -13K and +14K.

If you change the ohm scale on your meter, you'll probably notice a change in the readings too.

Your diode is probably ok.
