[Elecraft] tuning problem in K2

Sam,
Two questions occur to me immediately:
First - Have you run CAL PLL?, and second - do you have a power supply (or
other electromagnetic field generating device) within 1 to 2 feet of the K2?
(those things will modulate the K2 BFO and VFO).

You also may want to check the soldering in the area of the VFO and BFO once
more, then look to see what the IF passband shape is with Spectrogram or a
similar audio spectrum analyzer while driving the K2 with wideband noise
(either tune to a 'dead' band or use a wideband noise generator).
