I just completed the KLF1-4 for my K-1. I chose 40, 30, 20, and 15 for =
the bands. All resistance measurements are correct. I have checked all =
winding counts on the toroids. I have verified that the proper crystals =
were chosen for the bandwidth I wanted, and are in the proper location. =
(80 kHz) The receiver alignment worked properly on all four bands (I =
was able to obtain good peak signals on all bands.)
40m, 20m and 15m receivers are calibrated perfectly to my signal source =
(ICOM 765)
30m is a problem. My Icom's 10.110 mHz signal is not picked up at =
10.110 mHz on the K-1. =20
In fact, after some experimenting, here's an example of what is going =
on: =20
Icom 765: 10.130; K1 receives signal at 10.163.7
Icom 765: 10.135; K1 receives signal at 10.162.6
Icom 765: 10:140; K1 receives signal at 10.161.7
Icom 765: 10.145; K1 receives signal at 10.160.7
Icom 765: 10.150; K1 receives signal at 10.159.6
I tried playing around with frequency calibration, but as you can see, =
there's something else going on here.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
