60 hz can be RF, too.  I work for the local power company.  I wes =
checking out a car v. guy wire incident several years ago.  The down guy =
was completly broken.   Knowing that the guy was insulated from the =
primary at the pole,  I grabbed the broken wire and got quite a bite.  =
This suprised me as I could see the long fiberglass insulator and =
everything looked OK.  Turns out the guy ran under a 230 KV transmission =
line and was hot from induction.  The transmission line was about 50 =
feet above the guy line.  Guys are normally grounded at the anchor rod =
but this one was broken and ungrounded, until I touched it.          =
