if we talk to a unlicensed operator on the ham bands ie a trucker with a =
converted 10m for cb. do we get in trouble?like having a qso with him?  =
my father in law is a truckdriver with a 10M ssb cb channel modified =
radio if was to talk to him in a ham band i know for sure thats illegal =
for him but what bout me?
