[Elecraft] Elecraft CW regional net

That is the rub with using Zulu time and non Zulu time days.  It is hard to make folks who do not regularly use zulu time to know which day you are using.  Or if I used 
PST then folks would have to figure out what time I meant.  Even in the MARS program when I say 0100 Z Saturday they're a day off.  Kind of a dilemma here.

So in approximately 7 hours and 15 minutes I will call a regional Elecraft net from Oregon.
