OK.  This is one of those things that torques me a bit.  Just because
FISTS might happen to use a freq on occation does not give them exclusive
use of that frequency.  If an operator ever tries to chase you off
of a freq telling you that it is a "FISTS QRG" simply remind them that
they don't own the frequency.
