[Elecraft] Elecraft CW regional net

I live in Oregon so anyone within 20 meter range is welcome to checkin, having an Elecraft transceiver is not required to participate in this attempt at a CW net. You'll
have to deal with folks who do have Elecraft rigs however. We are nice folks though so it won't hurt too much to have to hear about how great our rigs are :)

   Procedure (as of now):

I'll call on CQ Elecraft Net on 20 meters (14050 kHz to be exact) at 0100 z tomorrow (Friday) at about 12-15 wpm.
If I ask you to QRS please slow down.
I'm still fairly new to CW and need more practice before I can run faster.

If the frequency is busy I'll go up to 14055 kHz.

I'll take checkins and then run through the list for comments.

Then I'll ask for more checkins or contacts folks want with each other.

Then I'll pair folks up for their contacts.
Should I pick a frequency for this (like up 5, down 5) or should the QSO pair?
Since it will be a directed net I'll tell you at first and then we'll work out the details on the next go around if this flies.

I'll close the net.

Any suggestions or comments??
