[Elecraft] K1 Frequency Stability

Thanks Dave.  Probably not quite there for a stand-alone automated system,
but seems reasonable for manual ops.  Per I0CG's email, he's been given
some sort of Elecraft green light to solicite beta-testers for the board
from the list.  I don't have a K1 ... yet :)
