[Elecraft] Who stole the ionosphere?

Looking at the reports from WWV for the past day or so:
   Date        Hour   SFI   A   K Forecast
  3-Jun-2003   06   121  26   3 R= 61 Mod,G2,R1=>Min,R1
  2-Jun-2003   18   112  18   3 MDRT W/G2 & R2 LVL ; MNR W/R1 LVL
  2-Jun-2003   09   112  18   5 R= 66 Mod,G1,R2=>Min,R1
  1-Jun-2003   21   112  16   4 R= 57 Min,R1=>Min,R1

They didn't steal it, just borrowed it!  It's not good for HF ..... 6M is 
another story.
