My memory on this is a little hazy and I'm not in my shack.  But if you 
need to remove the KAT2 to install the K160, I would do the 160 first. 
 Otherwise, depending on your needs, you will get the most immediate 
return from the KAT2, I suspect.

Given where they are mounted the NB and DSP can be done in any order. 
 But the DSP is a pretty fast build; do not recall re the NB.  I 
definitely use the DSP more than I do the NB.
