[Elecraft] IRC Elecraft channel

There have been many elecraft hams logging onto the elecraft chat channel
but seeing no activity they soon leave! This has been the complaint. Stay
awhile. I just had 9a3rr ask me a question on the channel about the kdsp2
which i no experience on it.

Also it would be good for persons who cannot quite make it via 17 meters and
they can at least "participate" and be made aware of when the net goes to 20
meters possibly then to make a contact.

The first day we had 29 persons who logged on but within a minute or two
leave due to non activity. So stay awhile and get to know one another.
