That statement regarding the increase in cost is incorrect: Piero quotes and
charges in US$, so the currency fluctuation will not end up on your card.

It is true that he is sluggish responding to email - and I'm not so not sure
that it's mainly an issue with his ISP.  I think he's just not very
accustomed to handling online orders and rarely touches a computer himself.
You will get a quick response if you just send him a fax ...
