[Elecraft] Astron RS-35A-Output Voltage adjustment?

Does anyone have precise information on if/how/what
/where the output voltage of an Astron RS-35A linear
PS can be changed? Internal pot?
Currently, it reads 13.95volts at its output terminals
without load (same with minor load, i.e. K2 on receive).
This is measured with a DMM. Reading on K2 internal
voltmeter is 13.2v and on my K1 it is 13.3 (for what
that's worth).
I would like to raise the output voltage slightly (14.2v?)
so that the PS could float charge the K2 internal battery
at 13.8v across its terminals.
Note: the Astron RS-35A is a 220volt input version,
but that's on the other side of the transformer :) and
should not be different to 120volt versions.
Any help would be much appreciated,
Thanks,
