It's finally officially on the air thanks to a LOT of help from Gary and =
Tom Hammond!  As usual almost all of the problems were my dumb mistakes =
but they helped me through them.

I am, however, experiencing one slight problem: when tuning across a CW =
signal there is a warbling/scratch sound on the signal. When I stop =
tuning it sounds just fine. Any ideas where to start looking?
