[Elecraft] K2 TX/RX switching for ext. amp?

It certainly can.

Early-on I'd designed (but never made) a PC board for doing just this. 
However, then Elecraft came up with an 'improved' design (well, a different 
point to pick up the T/R signal for switching) and I never followed up on 
the revised design.

There are, however, several members of the reflector who are (or who have) 
successfully switching external amps directly from their K2. I'll leave it 
to them to respond further.
