All,

I just ran through this procedure using WWV at 10MHz.  I remember being one
of the testers of this method and have it work excellent when I tested it
back in February.  I even remember creating a slightly more formal write-up
and sending it to Ron but alas I cannot find either the document or the
email at this time.

My results last night were similar to those I read earlier on this thread.
I got good zero beat but ended up with WWV being 40-60Hz off on 10MHz.

The next issue I have is that while I was working to get the 4MHz to zero
beat, I notices some drifting of the beat signal.  Warm-up was more than 60
minutes and I do have all the temperature stabilization mod's in the rig.  I
also did not notice this while listening to WWV so I assume that my 4MHz has
some instability in it.  I am not that good with the math here but my beat
not was changing by about +/- 1 Hz at a rate of about 1/2 Hz.  Although this
would not normally be a problem I wonder what issues this may cause during
the CAL PLL procedure?
