[Elecraft] KPA100 "New Shield" & still getting RF

I've seen the OVP (Over Voltage Protection) in some power supplies respond 
to RF in the shack just as though they'd really seen a high DC voltage on 
their output line... shutting down as soon at the key was closed.

Not that this is THE problem here, but it's a possibility.
