[Elecraft] Frequency Problem?

OK, thanks folks.  My comments were really in jest (really!  they were!); I 
best survive the stressful times by making fun of everything, myself 
especially.

So. I went through the Course and Fine BFO alignments again, all the while 
mumbling to myself that "I've already DONE this a bunch of times over the 
past few days, but maybe I just haven't done right yet, and #$*% this 
radio, anyway".  (Believe me, I KNOW it's not the radio, but a problem with 
the interface between the radio and the chair   ;-]  )  So then of course I 
got on the air on 30 meters where it seemed fairly clear but were still 
signals present, called CQ a few dozen times, and got an answering call 
from WA3IKQ.  Guess what; he was still way off my freq.  $%&#@%^ it!  Now, 
bear with me.  I came back inside, decided to read through email for a 
while, looked at Andy Wallace's message again, and you know what?  I STILL 
had plum forgotten to go and do the Transmit Offset Alignment.  I mean, 
I've only gone through this alignment stuff a dozen times during the past 
few days.  Boy, I guess those medical treatments I've had really DID affect 
my brain.  Oh, well.  Back to it.
