[Elecraft] ksb2 tx/rx alignment

[George, W5YR]

My K2 has been set up about as close as one would want to fool with and
although most other things check out, the sidetone has to be set to 0.69 in
order to get a 700 Hz tone.

So, Bob, I think you are right.
