[Elecraft] KDSP2 Problem

Dear all,

I have built (I hope carefully) my newly arrived KDSP2. The unit appears to
function OK - all menus etc. working, red light goes off and so on.

But the audio through the K2 is now badly distorted (I've only tried in CW
mode BTW). I did do the speaker grille mod at the sme time, but I've already
checked out to make sure I didn't mess something up with that techincal
operation.

The distortion is just as bad in bypass mode, so I think it is much more
than me being critical about the sound of DSP.

Replcaing the KDSP2 with the KAF2 returns the audio to normal clean
sounding.

Any ideas where I should start looking please?
