You have to re-enter the settings.  They are in a table in the back of the
manual.  Thus, it is a long, magic sequence :-)

The KDSP2 settings should only change if they are specifically commanded to
change.  Telling the K2 to reset itself will not affect the KDSP2, unless
the K2 sends some messages over the auxbus to specifically tell the KDSP2 to
change things, on a setting by setting basis, which I doubt will happen.

Yes.
