[Elecraft] Power for KAT100

Dear Tom,

The power to the KAT100 must be "on" before the K2 is turned on.  Running a 
jumper from the K2 to the KAT100 did not work with mine, and probably will 
not work with yours either.  What I did was to run a paralell cable, 
feeding the K2 and the KAT100 simultaneously.  When I power on the power 
supply they both come up fine, the KAT100 receiving it's power a moment 
before the K2 has time to fire up.
