Folks -
If you are looking for a K2 and do not want to build it, I doubt seriously that you ever will find a more beautifully built K2 than one from Frank. Frank is an expert and a very, very fine gentleman. Frank built my first one for me because I was too nervous to build it! Than I got brave and built one myself! The one Frank built was a work of art! You will likely not see soldering techniques at this skill level on any other build. His attention to detail and pride in building is astounding. You CASNNOT go wrong on this rig. Just for the record folks.

Hello All,
I recently completed the build of K2/100 S/N 3597.  Of the four K2's I have
built, this transceiver is the best yet.  It went together without a single
problem and performs all operational tests well within Elecraft specs.  I
must say that Elecraft keeps incorporating improvements, making the K2 a
blast to build and a joy to operate!
