[Elecraft] KDSP2 2x10 20 pin header

I looked again at my 2x10 pin header and observed that the bad row of pins
was protruding below the ckt board a little bit more than the good row. The
casing was flush with the ckt board. I tried Trevor Days method of prying
up the casing to expose the pins. I had the same problem Trevor did, the
"Y"'s on the bad row of pins were not spread. I assume when manufactured,
the bad row of pins was not inserted into the casing far enough. I am
guessing that when inserted correctly that there must be something internal
in the casing that spreads the pins. At any rate, I spread the pins and
shoved the casing back on. I was then able to mate the DSP module to the
KDSP2 board. I am still going to replace the header when I receive a new
one from Elecraft, I kinda KL0OGE'ed the header when prying it up. Cosmetic
I know, but hey, it's a K2.

Before building your new KDSP2, check to see if the 2x10 pin header mates
to the DSP module before soldering it to the ckt board. Two of us have had
the problem.

Thanks for the tip Trevor.
