[Elecraft] K1 lost power out

It's a Bad Thing.

My K1 (#1065 with KFL1-4, 40, 30,20, 15m bands) has gotten ill and weak.  I 
turned it on a little bit ago to listen around the bands & to see what I 
could find.  On the 20 meter band it would not tune - giving me the message 
"Plo", meaning that the power is set too low for the tuner to work.  I 
checked, and the power was set for 5 watts.  I checked the other bands that 
the K1 covers. Same story on 15.  40 tunes, as does 30.  I attached a dummy 
load to check power output.  Here's the result:

Output power is set to 5 watts.  I don't have a qrp power meter, so these 
are taken from the transmit power display on the K1.

40 meters:  1 watt out
30 meters:  5 watts out
20 meters:  0
15 meters:  0

This K1 has installed: KAT1, KFL1-4, KNB1, KBT1

Before I start digging into the innards, any suggestions as to what to 
check first?
