[Elecraft] portable tnc question

The following web page has a diagram for a simple TNC.  May want to add a 5
volt regulator for the MAX 202.  Built several like this 20 years ago and
cant even find a schematic now.

Try looking up XR2206 and or xr2211 on the web also.  PSK will only work
with a pc and sound card.
