[Elecraft] K1 problem

Ok guys, I'm going to start by saying I am a bit lazy.  I have K1  #822.
Started with 2 band with KAT and internal Batt options and it worked great
for over a year. Then got the new 4 band module. It worked pretty well,
sometimes I would not get full power out on all bands. Did all the capacitor
tweaking noted before and felt pretty good about it. (did not switch to the
other capacitors - ie temp stable)  Was quiet for a while and now I can't
match any antenna on any band. get the "Plo" error. Sounds like all the
relays switch. Used batteries and power supply.  Have used several antennas
that work with other rig. Before I have to go break down everything and
"start over"   Does this give anyone an "Ah ha"?  Where do I start looking?
